Appointments: To ensure a relaxing experience, please arrive prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, your service may be shortened to allow our specialist to be on time for his or her next guest. Please note that a credit card may be required to reserve your time when booking more than one service.
Cancellation: Please notify us at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. For group booking of 3 or more, we require 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations, a long with a 50% deposit for all services reserved by group. A credit card provided at the time of the appointment will secure group reservations.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard and Cash as well as Personal Checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a fee.
Health conditions: Please advised us of any health conditions, allergies, or injures that could affect your service. Also, before your treatment begins, let your Manicurist or Esthetician know of any medical concerns. Be sure to inform your Esthetician if you are wearing contact lenses, using Retin-A, Retinal base product, Accutane, or have had laser surgery before all facials and waxing services.
Junior Guest: We gladly service children. For their own safety, and comfort of other clients, we ask that children must under your managed at all the time.
Gift Certificates policy: Gift certificates must be redeemed within 1 year from the date of issue. They are transferable, but non-refundable or replaceable and not redeemable for cash. VIP Nail Studio is not responsible for lost, misplace or stolen.
Gratuities: Gratuities are greatly appreciated, as well as your referrals.
Lost or Damaged Property: VIP Nail Studio will not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit.
Professional Retail Policy: All gift certificate sales are final. However, unopened products returned within 7 days with receipt will be issued a full refund. VIP credit will be issued for unopened products returned within 7 days without a receipt. There are no cash or credit card refunds and no credit for product returned after seven days.
Prices: Please note that prices are subjected to change without notice.
Quality Services: If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service, please notify us immediately and we will gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given.
VIP’s Hours: For your convenience, we are open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday: 10:00am to 8:00pm., Saturday: 9:00am to 7:00pm., Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm. Our facility is closed on major holidays.
Important Note :
Our Spa technicians will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:
- Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation.
- Broken skin or lesion
